Founder
Beata Niemczuk is an experienced management professional with a strong background in general management, business development, client relations, marketing, and public affairs within leading global and Polish professional services firms. She has held senior leadership roles at major organizations including KPMG in Poland, DLA Piper, Dentons, and Wardyński & Partners, where she was responsible for strategic execution, market growth, high-level client engagement, marketing, public affairs and technology projects.
Her expertise includes developing and implementing business strategies across audit, consulting, tax, accounting and legal sectors, managing large teams, and leading public affairs campaigns—such as those related to defense tenders for the Polish Army.
With an Executive MBA from a joint program involving Warsaw University of Technology and London Business School, as well as a Master’s degree in American Literature, she combines strategic insight with strong communication skills and fluency in Polish and English. She also holds a certificate in ESG from Cambridge Judge School, the UK.

Aneta Łoj
Co-Founder
Aneta Łoj is a seasoned international professional with extensive experience spanning logistics, marketing, project management, R&D coordination, public affairs, and general management. Throughout her career, she has held senior executive roles at Philips Lighting across Central and Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, Japan, and China, gaining in-depth insights into successfully managing companies in diverse foreign markets.
For over a decade, Aneta served as International Partnerships Director and R&D Coordinator of the India One Solar Thermal Power Plant in Rajasthan, India. The project is renowned for its innovative use of solar thermal technology with advanced thermal storage, significantly contributing to renewable energy development. She has also been instrumental in establishing international partnerships, including initiatives with the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB), and the bilateral „ComSolar” project.
Aneta is an active delegate at United Nations Conferences of Rio Conventions, participating in global discussions on environmental sustainability and renewable energy issues.
Her core expertise encompasses go-to-market strategies, foreign trade, investment coordination, project management, public affairs, diplomacy, marketing, and sales.
She holds a master’s degree in foreign trade from Gdańsk University and has completed executive programs at INSEAD and the Wharton School, continuously expanding her strategic and leadership capabilities.
